LORING
has been retained by the New York City
Department of Construction and Administrative
Services (DCAS) to provide mechanical and
electrical infrastructure upgrades for over 15
city-owned properties. Included are
modifications to the 1,000,000 square foot Municipal
Building adjacent to City Hall where major
upgrades to the electrical service and
distribution, plumbing infrastructure, cooling
towers, fire alarm system and security system are being designed.
