Hotel Thayer Renovation & Expansion, West Point, NY - complete design of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection/life safety systems for the renovation and addition to this landmark hotel to meet the standards of a modern lodging and conference facility. 

130 Cedar Street Hotel, New York, NY - complete mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection design for the 160,000 sf Club Quarters Hotel including the fit-out of the lobby and second floor meeting rooms.

Resorts Hotel & Casino - Chiller Replacement, Atlantic City, NJ - prime consultant for the design, procurement, and construction services for the replacement of chillers #4 and #5 (1400 Tons) in the Utility Building for the Resorts International Hotel. As part of a Master Energy Services Agreement, LORING worked as a subconsultant to SEMPRA Energy Solutions. 

Mixed Use Complex, Hartford, CT - design of mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems for a 650,000 sf, 20 story office/hotel complex which includes new construction of the office/hotel tower and renovation and conversion of a historic bank building into a grand ballroom.

Marriott Financial Center Hotel, Condition Assessment, NY – performed the following services for this project:
- Assessed damages to the existing damaged M&E equipment
- Checked schedule of tasks being performed by the restoration crew
- Prepared a list of services lost or services to be restored in order to
   monitor their progress
- Proposed temporary measures such as filtration systems for the HVAC
   units in order to isolate the building interiors from the contaminated
  outdoor air
- Developed start-up schedule in the systems that were shut down during
   the September 11th attack 
- Attended meetings with vendors, Marriott operating personnel and
   restoration crew members as required.
- Recorded all events related to the M&E systems, as they were brought
  up to our attention and made suggestions when needed
- Made observation trips to the job site during installation of the
  modifications design or specified 

Pointview Hotel and Conference Center, Wayne, NJ - utilities master plan for the development of a hotel and conference center on a 190-acre site in Wayne, NJ. The development includes residential, office space, hotel, conference center and a golf course.

Wempe - Expansion of Wempe 700 5th Ave into 696 5th Ave., New York, NY - mechanical and electrical design for the expansion of Wempe 700 5th Avenue into 696 5th Avenue at Penisula Hotel.

Doubletree Park Terrace Hotel Renovation, Washington, DC - engineering services for the Doubletree Park Terrace Hotel renovation project.

Ritz-Carlton Hotel Renovation, New York, NY - upgraded HVAC, elevator, electric distribution, lighting, fire protection and plumbing systems for a 250-room luxury hotel.
