A/E team of Beyer Blinder Belle and Joseph R. Loring & Associates, Inc. have been selected to design the conversion of the Old D.C. City Hall to the D.C. Court of Appeals. This is a very prominent project in the Metro region, and the BBB/LORING team was chosen from a shortlist of six
competing A/E firms.
