Major Financial Institution
Commissioning of Critical Systems
New York, NY

LORING provided commissioning of critical systems in a new 300,000 sf office space for a major New York City financial institution.  LORING’s services included development of critical equipment schedule, control sequences, commissioning plan, schedule, the pre-functional checklists, functional testing requirements and witnessing all tests. Due to the required dependability of the systems extensive checks and test were performed on each piece of equipment including the BMS. A scheduled blackout of the entire facility was performed to verify system operation. Commissioned equipment included 1,200 kW emergency generator, ATS, UPS systems, BMS system, emergency lighting system, chiller and AC units serving server rooms and tech rooms.
