LORING provided
commissioning of critical systems in new 300,000 sf office space for a major New York City financial institution in New York City.  LORING’s services included development of critical equipment schedule, control sequences, creating commissioning plan and schedule, creating pre-functional checklist, functional testing requirements and witnessing all tests. Due to the nature of the systems extensive checks and test were performed on each piece of equipment including the Building Management System (BMS). A scheduled blackout of the entire facility was done to verify system operation. Equipment commissioned included: 1,200kW emergency generator, ATS, UPS systems, BMS system, emergency lighting system, chiller and AC units serving server rooms and tech rooms.
