LORING provided commissioning services for a new two-story, approximately 26,000 sf building to be used as a combined Police/Fire Department Communications Center. The functions housed within includes a 911 Call Center, Emergency Command/Operations Center, related Offices, Locker Rooms, an Emergency Power Generator and on-site parking. All HVAC systems were commissioned including air handling units, PTAC units, fans, domestic water system, emergency generator and BMS. Project is targeting LEED Silver Certification.
