LORING provided
mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection engineering design
services for the fit-out of a new 23-story, 100,000 sf building in midtown
Manhattan. The building
accommodates the consolidation of nine companies; including Louis Vuitton,
Givenchy, Christian Dior and Guerlain; and houses their high-end
retail show-rooms, conference rooms and administrative offices.

Design included power and lighting distribution, dimming systems,
fire alarm systems, coordination of audiovisual systems with lighting
controls and security systems.
