LORING provided complete mechanical and electrical systems design services for a 600,000 sf laboratory complex.  This was one of the first complexes to have a full computer-based building automation system installed.

The facility contains animal surgery rooms, animal incinerator, glass washing and sterilizer areas, high pressure and low pressure steam, nitrogen, high temperature hot water, high and low vacuum, compressed air, distilled water, deionized water, fume hoods, etc.  The scope of work also included fitting-up work for existing transferred equipment.
