LORING provided complete renovation and historical restoration for this three-story, 40,000 sf court building with a central rotunda. Engineering services included design for a new central HVAC system, atrium smoke control, elevator addition, power and lighting upgrade, complete sprinklering and addition of modern life safety systems, including an emergency generator.
