LORING's
Princeton office is responsible for complete
mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire
protection design services for this new 90,000
sf music school and performing arts center
that will include a 375-seat performance hall,
a 125-seat recital hall and numerous practice
rooms with stringent acoustical criteria.
Sustainable design issues including
daylighting strategies and heat recovery
technologies are being applied to the project
for LEED certification. LORING is also
assisting the owner in the commissioning
process, including developing the
commissioning RFP and interviewing the
prospective commissioning agents. Project Architect
is MGA Partners.
