Vincent Farese

PE, LEED AP
Senior Vice President

Since joining Loring in 1988 as an entry-level electrical engineer, Vincent (Vinnie) Farese has risen to a top leadership position, serving as the Managing Principal of the firm’s Princeton, NJ, and Philadelphia, PA offices. His success in growing the Princeton office from a startup, one-man operation in 1997 into a stand-alone full-service entity resulted in expanding the firm’s presence into Philadelphia. In addition to managing the day-to-day activities in Princeton and Philadelphia, Vinnie is actively involved in the overall management of the firm and manages design term contracts for Loring’s New Jersey State and higher education clients. He is also on Loring’s internal electrical advisory committee where he applies his many years of hands-on electrical engineering experience to maintaining and developing Loring’s electrical design and quality control standards.

Vinnie establishes criteria for major projects, assures that client relationships are hands-on, and empowers employees to meet challenges and advance their careers. His goals are to increase Loring’s presence in existing and new market sectors while maintaining the firm’s no bureaucracy, open communications culture, and to maintain a mix of projects that makes each week interesting—from the Statue of Liberty and historic state capitol buildings to university and commercial office projects.

Vinnie holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) with high honors from Lehigh University. He is a LEED Accredited Professional and is licensed in over 10 states including NY, NJ, PA, and DE. Outside of work, Vinnie is particularly passionate about skiing and traveling with his family and playing guitar.
