LORING NYC is seeking Engineers having experience with commercial and institutional buildings or central utilities design:

• Senior Electrical Engineers with 10 - 20 years experience. Good verbal and written communication skills required, PE preferred.

• Intermediate Electrical Engineers with 5 -15 years experience in commercial buildings and/or industrial facilities. Tenant work experience and AutoCad capability desired. Field experience a plus.

   

• Intermediate HVAC/Mechanical Engineers with 5 -15 years experience in building HVAC or central plants for heating, cooling and cogeneration. Good verbal and written communication skills required.

• Telecommunication Designer with design experience in data/telecommunications for large and small projects. Experience should include developing plans, specifications, RFPs, bid evaluations, and construction phase assistance. RCDD preferred.

• Intermediate Plumbing Engineers with 5 -10 years experience in commercial, industrial, institutional and residential plumbing systems.  Good verbal and communication skills required.

• Senior Plumbing Engineers with 10 -15 years experience in commercial, industrial, institutional and residential plumbing systems.  Good verbal and communication skills required.  CIPE or PE preferred.
