Executive Assistant (NY-ADM-01)

Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to our executives. The ideal candidate will be proactive, professional, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently. This is an in-office position and the incumbent will work from the New York office daily.
Primary Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage executives’ calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate meetings and events, including logistics and agenda preparation.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Perform general office duties such as filing, scanning, data entry, and document editing.
  • Assist in project coordination and follow-up on action items.
Qualifications & Education Requirements
  • A High School Diploma is required; an AA Degree, business/secretarial school or equivalent combination is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant or similar role.
  • High Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and the ability to communicate thoughts and ideas, both verbally and in writing.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to transcribe meeting minutes accurately.
  • Familiarity with proofreading documents for accuracy.

 

 

The salary range for this position will be between $70,000-$85,000. We are required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this position. Actual base salary will vary and will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, education, skills, licensure, location and other business and organizational needs. Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package.
