Marketing & Proposal Coordinator (NY-MP-1)

Role
We are seeking a Proposal Coordinator who will work within the Corporate Marketing team on proposals, presentations, and various marketing materials, as well as additional administrative duties that may be assigned. The incumbent will be expected to work in the New York office a minimum of 3 days per week.
Primary Responsibilities

The main responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:

  • Assist in preparing documentation required to respond to proposals, RFPs, RFQs etc.
  • Assist with creating/editing presentation and other promotional materials.
  • Update and Maintain marketing information in the company’s Deltek VantagePoint database.
  • Maintain, edit and update professional resumes for engineers to be submitted with project proposals.
  • Assist in-house technical and executive staff with various ad-hoc presentations as may be assigned.
  • Other administrative duties, related to marketing and proposal preparation, copying, printing, collating documents etc.
Qualifications & Education Requirements
  • A baccalaureate degree from an accredited 4-year institution.
  • Minimum of 3 years professional experience in a similar Marketing, Communications or Administrative role.
  • Excellent writing and proofreading skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, highly proficient with MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Experience with InDesign, & Deltek CRM a plus.
  • Strong initiative—the willingness and ability to succeed in a collaborative, team-based environment.
  • Ability to multi-task with multiple projects in order to meet strict deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate thoughts and ideas, both verbally and in writing.

 

 

The salary range for this position will be between $65,000- $80,000 . We are required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this position.  Actual base salary will vary and will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, education, skills, licensure, location and other business and organizational needs.
