For over 20 year’s Loring has provided MEP engineering services at numerous locations across the eastern United States for renovations of IBM’s offices and data centers. The latest project completed was in Durham, NC, and included demand control ventilation for the clinical research department, which increased the HVAC efficiency as equipment ramps up or down based on the occupancy of the building.
