With over 16 years of experience, he provides clients with fundamentally sound engineering designs, supporting research facilities for some of New York City’s largest higher-education institutions, including CUNY, Columbia University, and New York University, and metropolitan area institutions such as Stony Brook University and Ramapo College of New Jersey. Ivan’s experience includes master plans, new-building construction, renovations, and infrastructure upgrades for facilities to support today’s research institutions with a practical approach to future expansion and growth.
