Miguel Gaspar leads Loring’s Building Services Group, which specializes in K-12, residential, and mixed-use buildings. His clients include leading developers and institutions in both the private and public sectors. Miguel has overseen numerous Design-Build projects, working closely with owners and development teams on successful projects ranging from ground-up construction, renovations, and additions to infrastructure improvements. Miguel is an experienced leader who works to promote open and ongoing communication with clients and the staff he oversees.
Miguel is a graduate of Lehigh University with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and is licensed in the State of New York. He is a member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) NY Chapter, and volunteers his time in various community programs including Habitat for Humanity and the Hoboken Community Center.
