Diversity and Inclusion

Our people are our greatest asset. We’ve assembled a team of smart self-starters dedicated to a common goal: to provide innovative technical solutions and superior, personal customer service to our clients. We recruit not only the top, most qualified, and brightest talent, but those we see as future leaders of the firm, carrying forward the Loring tradition of excellence.

Loring's commitment to diversity and inclusion is embodied in our company policies and is viewed as an important principle reflected in the way we do business. We have several initiatives to support this commitment including:

Working at Loring

I am currently studying Mechanical Engineering at Roberts Wesleyan University, expecting to graduate in 2026. I've found my internship incredibly rewarding because it's taught me practical skills that aren't covered in classes. Applying what I’ve learned during my internship directly to real-world challenges has been essential.
