Our Washington, DC office is well-established with area owners, architects, and developers, having served the region and beyond for over 50 years. Today, Loring’s Washington, DC office provides a local base for the firm’s large federal, embassy, and governmental agency projects, as well as healthcare and laboratories. Additionally, the office is very involved in commercial, cultural, and higher education work in the greater region. Our renowned Historic Restoration, Preservation, and Modernization practice serves public and private clients throughout the country, including complex projects for the state capitols of Michigan and Wyoming, and work for the Smithsonian Institution, the District of Columbia Courts, and the General Services Administration. In addition to traditional engineering design services, our DC office has a group of professionals who are dedicated to both commissioning and energy services.
