The dining hall renovation included the assessment of the current facility, including a code review, a full review of the existing MEP building systems for evaluation of the life expectancy and overall condition of the systems, and a review of jurisdictional requirements for permitting purposes. Loring provided construction documents including the kitchen replacement, dining hall, and outdoor stadium seating area. The project team overcame supply chain issues and rising construction cost during the construction phase.
