Branching out from Loring’s Princeton, NJ office, Loring’s Philadelphia, PA office provides a local presence for projects in the high–growth Pennsylvania and Delaware markets for higher education, healthcare, technology, commercial, and residential development. Loring has a historic presence in the Philadelphia market, completing projects for the University of the Arts, the University of Pennsylvania, IBM, and various commercial office and retail clients, as well as completing the design for a $100-million mechanical upgrade project at the Philadelphia Customs House for the General Services Administration (GSA) as part of a joint venture prime consultant. Currently, Loring is on teams for several historic theater restoration projects, renovation projects at the University of Pennsylvania and Princeton University and is prime consultant on a large mechanical upgrade project at Lincoln University for the Pennsylvania Department of General Services.
