Ivan Zgombic, PE, LEED AP has been promoted to Principal
Ivan leads Loring’s Facilities Design Group, which specializes in the Science & Technology / Life Sciences market sector. With over 16 years of experience, he provides clients with fundamentally sound engineering designs, supporting research facilities for some of New York City’s largest higher-education institutions, including CUNY, Columbia University, and New York University, and metropolitan area institutions such as Stony Brook University and Ramapo College of New Jersey. Ivan’s experience includes master plans, new-building construction, renovations, and infrastructure upgrades for facilities to support today’s research institutions with a practical approach to future expansion and growth.

Nicholas Barillaro, EIT and Ian Herron, PE have been elevated to Associate Vice Presidents
Nick is a Mechanical Engineer who oversees Loring’s Corporate Interiors projects, including renovations, expansions and fit-outs, throughout New York City.
Ian is the Lead Electrical Engineer in Loring’s Washington D.C. office, with a diverse portfolio of projects for academic and cultural facilities, embassies, and government buildings.
