Since 1990, Loring has been providing MEP-FP-T and commissioning services in Texas, successfully completing 31 projects over the past five years. To better service this growing demand, Loring has established a permanent presence by opening an office in Houston. Loring has partnered with the GSA statewide and has undertaken projects at the Dallas Museum of Art and the Museum of Fine Arts in Houston.
