Loring provided information and communication technology engineering design services for the technology infrastructure, including a passive cabling system for the new campus consisting of two four-story buildings, totaling approximately 260,000 SF, plus a connector. The connector will house workplace and amenity spaces. This innovative pharmaceutical R&D biotech facility also includes an auditorium, conference center, vivarium, and laboratories, as well as administrative, technical development, and support areas.
