The Holt Elementary Magnet School renovation project is a major renovation and addition to three existing buildings totaling approximately 118,000 SF. Through an extensive study and programming effort, it was determined that a significant level of the renovation was required to bring the building up to today’s standards and to prepare it for the future of educating students. The project includes a new life safety generator, heating and cooling systems, and a new electrical distribution system.
