The Fairleigh Dickinson University The John R. and Joan M. Monninger Center for Learning and Research project consisted of the renovation of an existing 2,600 sf historic Orangerie, 5,000 sf of the existing library building and 20,000 sf of new construction. Services included energy modeling as required for LEED Certification and Fundamental Commissioning of the mechanical and electrical systems. The project received LEED Gold Certification in September 2013.
