The project at Fairleigh Dickinson University’s The John R. and Joan M. Monninger Center for Learning and Research consisted of the renovation of an existing 2,600 SF historic orangerie and 5,000 SF of the existing library building. It also included 20,000 SF of new construction. Services included energy modeling as required for LEED Certification and fundamental commissioning of the mechanical and electrical systems. The project received LEED Gold Certification in September 2013.
