Gurwin Jewish Nursing Home and Rehabilitation Center

Mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm and fire protection engineering services for the 1,900 SF lobby renovation which includes the reconfiguration of seating, installation of a new reception desk, new decorative lighting and a donor wall with lighting. Project includes the demolition of an existing full bathroom and office space adjacent to the lobby, and the addition of a new coffee shop. Extensive mechanical design was required due to severe air conditioning issues in the lobby. The project is phased out which further complicated the scope.
