MEP/FP engineering services for Primary and Immediate Care in the Delaware Plaza commercial complex, located in Dingmans Ferry, Pennsylvania. Services included taking approximately 5,200 sf of space in the complex and the fit out off approximately 2,800 sf of the leased space. The area of work was a warm shell and ready to be fit out. The project program includes reception and waiting spaces, offices, lockers and restrooms, exam rooms, testing rooms, X-ray, testing lab, and support spaces.
