Located adjacent to Union Station, Station Place is the largest private office building development in Washington, DC. The project is planned for three separate phases comprising more than 2,200,000 sf of office building and below-grade parking.

Phase II – 600 Second Street, Washington, DC: 481,000 sf
Phase III – 700 Second Street, Washington, DC: 725,000 sf

Phases I and II is the new headquarters for the Securities Exchange Commission.
