Mechanical, electrical, fire alarm and technology engineering services for the planned renovation of the 7th floor of the 33 West 42nd Street building includes the entire 7th floor with a waiting area, reception area, exam rooms, MER room and offices. The mechanical design includes 25 new VAV boxes with hospital grade sound attenuators.
